The property I visited was impeccably clean, with a warm ambiance that instantly made me feel at ease. the staff, led by a delightful lady at check-in and the exceptional Vanesa, were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. From the comfortable rooms with all the amenities I cherish, like hot water and AC, to the spacious pool area adorned with ample seating options, this hotel left nothing to be desired.
